Today Ford motor company announced that in the first quarter of 2010 they are reporting a 2.1 billion dollar profit, this more than a 3 billion dollar increase from first quarter 2009.
After rolling out a much more modern looking fleet in 2010 it seems that everyone is starting to realize that Ford is very much still in the game. I can't help but think that they left the label of Taurus on the car just to show America that, yes, even the Taurus can be brought back from the dead.
It seems that Ford has shown the world that Americas manufacturing days are indeed not over.
